Dr. Samir Saad Moghazy Saad is an accomplished professional
with over 21 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He is currently
the General Manager at Cutech Arabia LLC and holds a permanent IQAMA (residency
permit) in Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Saad's expertise spans a wide range of areas, including
welding and welding inspection, non-destructive testing, painting inspection,
material technology, in-service and on-stream inspection, fitness-for-service
(FFS) and risk-based inspection (RBI), corrosion management, and asset
integrity management.
